Programs of Good Shepherd Housing
- Apartments Budgeting Counseling
(A-B-C) – an alternative to the
homeless shelter for people denied housing in their own name
due to bad credit or a poor rental history. People rent from us and we
help them clean up their credit and rental reference problems.

- Emergency Services
– provides grants to people facing eviction, utility
disconnection or needing help with first months rent or security
deposit.
- Housing as Top Priority (HTP) – offers support, goal setting and some financial
backing to families teetering on the brink of homelessness.
Services are
aimed at breaking the family’s cycle of homelessness.
- Budget Counseling
– financial education for low-income families and individuals.
Participants clean up past problems and move on to financial
success.
- Children's Resource
– ensures that children in our programs do not miss
out on educational, social and recreational activities simply
because their
families are low-income. This program provides school supplies,
holiday
gifts and pays for after school activities and summer camps.
